We first met Paul Burgess back in 2012, introduced to us through Craig Alexander.  At that time, Crowie was starting to see the difference between the real inner circle and the artificially inflated one that comes as a World Champion, and he implemented Paul's services to help optimize the communications with the growing number of moving parts.  Paul created a program around Instinctive Drives, which we leveraged in sport by understanding optimal communication protocols with Crowie at a time where peak performance was matched with a peak schedule.    Perhaps a topic for our own podcast launching soon, but in the meantime....check out Crowie and Paul's chat here
