Ironman Champion Mike Phillips took top honors at the 3rd edition of the Ironman Virtual Racing Series.  The Virtual racing circuit began earlier this year as Ironman's solution to Covid 19 event shutdowns all over the world.  The VR series pairs top athletes against each other, typically regionalized so the time zone syncs can be as fair as possible.  New Zealand's top long distance Iron professional Mike Phillips took down the VR3 over the weekend by posting up massive power on his Ventum bike over the 5150 (Olympic distance) Lake Placid virtual course.  Check out the final reply here:
