Sho-Air Twenty20's Chloe Dygert Owen took the overall win at the Joe Martin Stage Race and netting the first big UCI Stage race win of the year for North America's leading women's cycling team.  The 7x World Champ took the pink jersey in stage 1 and then regained it again after a stellar TT.
