Eddy Clerte is a BMX cyclist from Gujan-Mestras, France. After securing a dominant win at the 2021 Red Bull BMX Pump Track World Championships, Eddy established himself as a strong medal contender for the 2024 Paris Olympics – which will take place in Eddy’s backyard. Eddy’s race style demonstrates advanced technical skill, and his ability to succeed at the highest level while under pressue. Away from the track, Eddy enjoys weight training, surfing, traveling, songwriting, and playing his Larrivee guitar. In 2023, Eddy will be focused on reclaiming his world title in November, and also challenging for a second world title at the UCI BMX World Championships.
